@xiane My newsletter service gives me confirmation when a recipient opens the email. I think my record so far is 50%, typical is 30% or less.

I'm trying to get more engagement with the newsletter by giving away some physical stuff (printed fantasy maps) and that isn't working too well.

Anyhow, feeling this.
