@nazgul @harmonygritz User-specified selective flagging of posts is pretty much what I'm suggesting here. It might be a pain for the user to keep tweaking the settings until they get exactly what they want, but maybe it's an "expert user" tool and those who don't want to spend the time can just enjoy the "river" as it flows by.
