13. Do you write to a specific word count, or do you let the story dictate the length?

My goal is to tell the story. So far, that has always taken 85K words +/- a few thousand. It seems like a good length. My next WIP looks like it might be a lot longer. I guess I will find out how dedicated to that word count I am.
