14. What's the biggest edit You've ever needed to make to your work?

I've shifted POV for whole chapters. But I think the biggest was a detailed description of the MC participating in a battle tournament that I cut out completely because it slowed the pace and didn't add much.

I still have the cut material around. I might share it in a future newsletter (hint — subscribe now if you don't want to miss it).
