22. Thoughts on chapter length. Long, short or mixed? What's a chapter?

Personal opinion time. For chapters to have any usefulness at all, they shouldn't be longer than 5000 words.

In my own works, I start a new chapter for every change of POV. That sometimes makes for very short chapters, but rarely for very long ones.
