30. How do you keep track of your work? Do you have a system?

A summary of each and every scene gets inscribed on a small card with details like POV, who is in the scene, and if it is a key scene (like 'inciting incident').

When I sit down to actually write, I make sure to misplace the card deck so I can't actually use it for writing.
