I write 2 days a week. I meet with a group of writers and we encourage each other. That is my guaranteed writing time.

During #NaNoWriMo events I write every day. That's when I get most of my work done.

1. What's the best writing advice you've heard or read?

Long ago, a teacher instructed me, "Rein in your style. Make it work FOR you."

Not sure if it was helpful, but it was definitely memorable.
