19. Do you ever use mundane daily tasks to show character or world-build?

Eating, getting dressed, and napping all server character building. However, since I write #fantasy, some daily tasks might seem less mundane: wizards studying their spell books every morning, daily weapon practice, and devotional rituals to patron deities for example.
