21. What things make a good book cover design?
I think the cover ought to set a reasonable expectation about what one will find inside.
Other than that, I think there are really no rules.

My question is, "What do you do if your scene already has dragons and is still boring?" to which I say, "Make one of the dragons your MC under the influence of a Polymorph spell."
